I love the meatball pizza hope makes it the best lemme tell ya anyone who goes to order a pizza give her a shout out. Pizzas are the best thank you guys to the owner of the store you keep making us proud because Marcos never fails to impress

Order wasn't ready at the 20 minutes. I was told it was in the system but didn't show on the screen. I know this happens. I was told we'll I can make it for you in 10 minutes. No apologies. The Marinara cup wasn't even filled halfway. The Pizzoli had 3 peps, but the main issue was the bottom was burnt. I know TV ads are doctored up but this was not even close. Nobody will reach out to me.

***I boosted this review a couple of stars because a rep from the company reached out to me and more or less made things right.*** I'm writing this review in response to poor treatment by an employee at this location. I didn't do anything unreasonable or act Irate, I explained my concern calmly. So, I ordered a cheesy bread with double cheese. Upon receiving it and taking it to my car, I noticed that they didn't apply the garlic sauce and roma/parmesan seasoning over the cheese. That is an essential element to a Marco's cheesy bread. I took it inside and explained to the male employee with black hair that it appears that the garlic and roma/parm seasoning were not applied to the cheesy bread. His response was "it should be." Seconds later he states, "it is on there." I responded, "It's on there?" He stated, "yeah, it's on there." I said "OK, thanks man," even though I was 99.9% sure that it was not on there. I took it back to my car, where I then looked at it again, and it was very obvious that it was not on the cheesy bread. I tasted it, and yes that also yielded the obvious result that the garlic and roma/parm seasoning were not on there. The business was dead, and it was also a very simple fix. The garlic sauce and roma seasoning are essential/free of cost items, which could have easily been applied. Instead I was denied the truth and sent on my way. The icing on the cake is that I'd had the same issue previously with a cheesy bread, where either the extra cheese wasn't applied, or the garlic and roma weren't applied. I posted pictures of the cheesy bread that I received on here as evidence of my claims. So again, this negative review was inspired by very poor judgement/treatment by an employee at the Worthington Centre Drive location.
