So I wanted to write the review a month ago, but for some reason it wouldnt let me. I have actually had really good experience with every call. Ive had going in there. The first experience I had I talked to Rose. She was extremely helpful. I wish I could write the details on that but its been a month ago now and I cant remember other than she was extremely helpful with every single thing I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I had all my details. I had my payments on auto pay. I didnt have no more money on that card and I tried to call the day before and it said I had a zero balance. Then I got a message reminded me to make a payment and so I did and it was $20 more because it was late. It was due on the 22nd and I just made the payment today. I talked to Ruth and explain to her that I was trying to make the payment the day before but it wasnt due yet and I forgot I had an auto pay. She was extremely nice and gave me a credit for next month. It really wasnt an honest mistake on my part and they were nice enough to help me out. Thank you, Rose and Ruth! So long to write the review.
