I rarely drop by this branch because Im closer to another one. When I do stop here, I always have a pleasant experience and receive great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their work and are always helpful. Ill continue coming to this bank in the future whenever Im close to this branch. Sometimes the ATM may be down, but thats no reason to give it one less star. Theyre great in my opinion!

They are the worst bank in Oklahoma, they wanna take ur money and put holds for no reason for extended amounts of time, refuse to do job in timely manner, don't care bout customer service, want to add overdraft fees when funds in bank account, Wells Fargo type energy, will be loosing 3x accounts asap, this bank is a joke, the bank tellers can't even count money when depositing money into account, which shoulda been a sign to begin with... No use in calling vice president working on issue, will be getting a new bank shortly
