        I made a reservation, received my email confirmation. Called to confirm, and was told the reservation had been voided. No explanation, did not contact me at all, which they had my phone number and email, yet no one bothered to contact me. Just S#!+ Out of luck. Terrible customer service! Was told the vehicle wasn't available. If you can't keep the reservation, then don't make it!!! Do your homework before, not after and leave the customer with out any vehicle at all!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!

        Was not impressed. Was never even spoke to first time I walked in. Yes he was helping another customer. But at least acknowledge someone is in you store. Then was not the friendliest person. Acted like he was put out helping me. This appointment was made through my insurance company. And I had to have someone take me to pick it up in Altus.
