    First appointment went well. Front desk staff as well as dental assistant and Dr. Lamb were all nice. They stated my daughter needed a procedure done, scheduled it. We went in and had the tooth extracted and we were told to return 10 days later to get a spacer put on. When Sheryl from the front desk called to confirm that appointment she argued with me that the extraction never happened. She kept saying something about a different procedure needing to be done but when I asked what that entailed she didn't really explain it to me very well. I ended up telling her again that the tooth was out and the spacer needed to be placed. Day of the appointment came and the dental assistant was confused on what procedure was to be done. Sheryl came in the exam room and proceeded to talk down to me, telling me that she canceled the two hour appointment and changed it to a quick appointment and now they can't do it. I finally told her, "I don't know what a pulp and crown is! I was just going off of what was told to me!" My daughter was confused and said she wanted to have her spacer. Sheryl then told my daughter that her "mom messed the appointment up so nothing was happening that day"! We rescheduled, ONLY because they had the spacer. The day of the pulp and crown came, I paid over $100 out of pocket for the procedure but they didn't have to do the procedure after all. Yes, that's right, all that needed to be done was cleaning out the area and put the spacer in. During the appointment my daughter was scared and was crying. Dr. Lamb was trying to calm her down but was clearly getting frustrated with her. We left after the spacer was put in and I started thinking about the appointment then it came to me that we paid for the pulp and crown and shouldn't have. I called the office a couple of days later and was told by another female that they needed to wait for my insurance to pay what they were going to pay then they'll put the credit on the account. I called a month after the procedure and they "still hadn't heard back yet." It's now been a month and a half, I just called and Sheryl answered. I explained to her the credit situation, she beat around the bush and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Then she ended up telling me there is a credit on the account and was going to hang up when I asked her how I go about getting that refunded to me. She ended up telling me in a snotty tone to bring my card in. I am on my way to get the refund and we will be done with that office. The only people that were nice during the whole thing were the two dental assistants, I wish I had their names. Another good thing about the office is they play Christian music.
