Gave one star only to inform everyone not to use Express Employment Agency. This agency should be called Slowest Employment Agency in America. Nothing is done in a timely manner. Bethany takes days to respond to emails if she bothers to respond at all. Her replies to 90 percent of my questions was, I dont know. This translates to I dont care. Your first paycheck cannot be cashed anywhere and is a useless piece of paper. Even Walmart can not cash it. You can use your banking application, however funds are not immediately available. I have used BofA for twenty years and they were shocked by the numbers used at the bottom of the check, apparently these numbers have too many digits to be accepted by automated cashing machines. COVID-19 has financially impacted me that I was counting on Express Employment Agencys for rent and gas. Now I have neither and can not even get to my new job. Not too mention facing homelessness. Also, this agency shorted my check by 30 minutes. I was willing to accept that do to my circumstances. Finally, I have spoke to Bethany over the phone while she must have been looking at another persons application. As she proceeded to discuss information that was not my information. Save yourself the headache of shady business practices at Express. I understand the Omni is much more professional. Looking forward to drafting a letter about Express for my new employer. UPDATE: Walmart, local banks and USAA do not honor Express Employment Professionals and they will not help. Blaming me and my bank for their failure to pay me!
