        The order process was fine its when I actually got my food handed to me where the problems started I paid for the cantina box a number 2 which is 3 soft subprime tacos I got one regular and one crunchy I thought I had all three but when I got home I realized I didnt on top of that I also ordered a chicken quesadilla for my child and I told them that I needed my quesadilla and they had the nerve to tell me that I was in the bag I was actively looking in I told them that I wasnt and they still wanted to argue and the when food press went off and they pulled out the missing quesadilla i didnt even get an apology I dont know whats going on but this is not the Taco Bell that I am used to I shouldnt have to argue to get a portion of what I paid for and until someone does something about it I doubt I will come back to this particular Taco Bell either

        Food was great. I dont remember the last time I had a beefy 5 layer that was made right until I ordered it from this store in Altus. The crunch wrap was a bit too much lettuce not enough meat, but really good and fresh otherwise. Only complaint I have is my daughter in law ordered an unsweetened tea by accident and the drive thru worker would not change it for her. Again, awesome job on the 5 layer !!
