MR PERRY WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. HE DID AN EXCELLENT INSPECTION AND VERY TIMELY. HE SENT LOTS OF PICTURES AND VERY COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION ON OUR PROPOSED PURCHASE. Roy provided an excellent report. he did everything with professionalism, he answered all of pur questions, he helped us out in a jam. He gave and gives very detailed information. His inspections are top knotch. We appreciate everything so much. 5 stars does not do him justice, he deserves 20 . He is the definition of quality gold star service.
