She was called, was confused when the call was from Arbys and was thinking after being told the fish was not available. The caller hung up. At the counter the male register person seemed willing to help but was stopped by a female co-worker and told "the order is made, you can get fish next visit." The order was waiting. How was the order waiting in the time my granddaughter took the call on her way inside and when she reached the counter 3 meters away?
I did not want the premade beef sandwiches, but I would have been happy with a gyro. For this trip my granddaughter got all the food. There will NOT be a "next time."
