Robert is a machine, no nonsense, quick, competent and extremely kind on top of all of that. I have done taxes with many different people throughout the years and Robert is truly the best experience I have ever had.

I was referred by a coworker to Robert to do my taxes. I was expecting to get an estimate first before filing the taxes, when I got there, he told me theres no such thing as an estimate and that I would have to file the taxes in order to get an estimate. His office was dusty, cluttered, and full of junk. As I was getting ready to leave, he told me if I use any other tax service online to pay for the identity theft protection. If I was anyone in this city, I wouldnt recommend him or use him for your taxes.

Really a nightmare to deal with, you will call and Roberts book keeper will take your number stating you will get a call back but you never do, I left my number with them so many times and the only time i could get anything done is throw a fit and then all the sudden he wasnt too busy anymore je put his email and information on everything and never checks it or gives you call on anything needed to be. He is good at his job but he has awful customer service, I just got into all my accounts and took him off to handle myself, I got to the point of not taking care of my stuff because I dreaded speaking to them, do yourself a favor and go else where.
