        Excellent customer service. They called me, gave me a quote and compared it to how much i was paying already. At first I shrugged them off. A month or two went by but they called me back and i said, why not? It would be a lower rate. Brittani was very helpful through the entire process of switching my insurance, and sent me all of the documents that I needed. After the process was finished, they sent me a thank you card! A+
