Arrived at 8:20, in dock 8:26. At 9:35, unloading still hasn't started. Go back in, S/R office is locked up and empty. Waited and fork lift driver came. Said the guy who was supposed to unload me had an emergency in Gainesville, TX! No one had notified me. Then the guy says he has to finish picking the outgoing orders before he can unload me. Really? Told him I need to be unloaded now. After 10 minutes he has started to unload me. IFS: drivers don't make a dime sitting at your dock and you make us late for our next appointment. Get a back up plan in place. Expecting me to wait hours to be unloaded is ridiculous.
