Good afternoon, Roger. Thank you for your review. In honor of transparency to any past and future customers that views these reviews, I'd like to provide a little more to the picture. First and foremost, we came to your house versus you having to take it to a repair facility. Despite a full schedule, we accommodated your repairs due to the sensitive nature of you traveling out of town that Friday. Our technician was initially supposed to address A/C not working and change tie rods. However, once he arrived, he was there the entire day. He completed the following repairs on your Dodge at your request: Replace door switches on both sides, front sway bar bushings on both sides, front shocks on both sidesReplaced all 16 spark plugsHardwired new led tag lights Flush a/c system Replace blower motor and orifice tube liquid line Replace o-rings, gaskets, and washers in A/C systemPulled vacuum then charged A/C with 1 lb 10 oz of FreonDuring his diagnosis of the A/C not working, it was found that the blower motor was not properly functioning and one A/C line was restricted. Both of those parts were OK'd with you prior to purchasing and installing them. In addition, out of courtesy for your brother and established working relationship we've had with him, we gave you a discount on our hourly labor rate and did not charge you for the down time it took to obtain the parts to repair your A/C. Additionally, we have accommodated a payment plan versus requiring you pay the full invoice up front, which is our typical policy. You were charged for 7.5 hours of labor, which is less than the suggested book time for all of the repairs, again out of courtesy for you. We are not in this business to rip customers off by replacing unnecessary parts but simply to make an honest living while providing a much needed service to customers in the area. While I'm sorry that you were not expecting the repairs to cost that much, for the amount of work that was completed, I guarantee that you got much more for your money than you would have with some of our competitors.
