Jerry's Tree Service

Jerry and his men worked so hard in this heat to removed probably an 80 foot oak tree. They were very professional and great people! I feel that any negative reviews on him are just entitled adults that don’t know what hard work is. He had to reschedule and weather did slow him down But he was very prompt to let me know. he made it here and he did what he said he would do! I highly recommend his work. 👍🏻 Service: Tree removal

Wish I could give negative stars. This is a guy who takes advantage of people who need the service. Acts likes he's doing you a favor even though he wanted to charge us almost $300 to cut down 1 tree. Not even removing the stump. Came out to to give us a quote, we accepted it for the sake of convenience. That's where it all went wrong. He (Jerry) said they would be there first thing next Monday morning. This was a week out from the quote. Ok fine. Waited all day Monday no call no show. Finally we called HIM and he said that he got busy and couldn't come until Wednesday. Fine, we wait for Wednesday, no call no show. We call again and his response was the same excuse and said he would be there first thing the next morning. Again no call no show. We call him and says he's on his way even though it is hours past the time he said he would come. We wait another hour and, call..he says I'm here. I said no you're not, he said oh my bad h" had me confused with someone else. It would be another 3 weeks before he could get to us. I expressed my frustration to which he said ,"well than call someone else, fool." Yes, he called me a fool. You would be a fool to use Jerry's Tree Service.

Jerry and his crew were great! Very quick, reliable, efficient and careful. He came to give us a quote and his rates beat out the rest so much that we hired him to do the job in the spot. They all looked like they just came from another job, but were very kind and accommodating and finished trimming our tree in 30 minutes. They made sure our front yard tree was cut to city code and that it didn't look too awkward after its cut. They made sure to do a thorough clean up, blew the leaves and raked the grass. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommend.
