      image I have never had a good experience at this location. No one with the loan dept would ever call me back even though I have an 800+ credit score and a previous mortgage with Arvest. Today I go to get a document notorized and they ripped my document.

      image Waited in drive thru at south branch for at least 10 minutes at around 2:30 on a Wednesday- there was only one other car in the drive thru and only one teller. I just needed to make a quick deposit. For no more often that I have to do personal banking in this way, this seems to happen often.
