Sent my mother here to get a home loan friends and my boss told me this a good place nope, min loans to blacks our home appraisal at 92,300 and they lost paperwork 3 times and all said and done we can loan u 15,000 on a asking 40,000 loan  credit sore is fine but acted real shitty about the whole ordeal  no recommendation for afo American or blacks to go here do to they will  slow play u and try and strike you with the run around 1  star pro mortgage asst rayan

I wish I could give no stars. I was told I was approved for a loan. Found the house we wanted. Paid $550 for inspections. $500 in earnest fees just to be told that they looked into my work history (was a stay at home mom for almost two years) and that I no longer qualify. How are you going to let someone continue the process? Fall in love with a home, pay money in the buying process just to be told I no longer qualify. They failed to do their job by saying it was an all go to then just be completely let down. My heart is broken for my family and now we will struggle without the funds that we just waisted. Im very disappointed.

Worst bank to get ur loan for ur house make u fill the application drop ur credit and then they put a millions excuses to not get approved
