Came out and removed my mom's waterheater, replaced it, plus fixed gas line. All done when they said it would be done.

I had a great experience with Masons Plumbing. I called because a toilet was not flushing and backed water into the bath tub. As soon as I called the lady who answered the call was very polite, helpful and efficient. She immediately scheduled me with a tech to arrive within a few hours. The tech (Keith) arrived (early actually!) and was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went over the issue with me, then checked out all the toilets and drains. He was very thorough and was able to find the source of the issue. The tech fixed the issue in a timely manner. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and thoughtfulness that the tech operated with. He wore boot covers in the house and had a tray for any wet parts/pieces. He left zero signs he was even there. (Which is not always the case with contractors/repairmen). To me, it seemed that the company and employees have a genuine desire to make the experience with their company a great one. I will absolutely use Masons Plumbing again should the need arise.

FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL, VERY PRICEY! My toilet now squeals after flushing and water dripping out of shower head again!
