Highly recommend. Called them at 2pm on Saturday after waiting 5 hours for another company, they were here as soon as they finished they job they were on and had our tank pumped in an hour. Explained everything as they went, very courteous and professional. Will definitely use them for any future services.

We had some slow drain problems and called this company. They came out promptly, found a blockage at the septic tank and another blockage further up the line. They cleared the blockages and pumped out the tank. They cleaned up nicely after all the work. Two sons of the owner came along and helped out. They were all very courteous and pleasant to deal with. They are certainly on our call back list.

My floater was beeping last night. I called him this morning and they showed up around 45 minutes later. He checked the floater and moved it the right position. When I checked the hand pump again, it will not beep anymore. I think it's fixed. He thought the second floater might need change. Now we are waiting whether it will alarm again or not. It didn't alarm so far. I asked whether my tank needs cleaned, he told me it is still in good shape. I haven't serviced it for eight years. When I asked how much I should pay, he told me it is free. When the floater alarm again, he may change it and charge. He was professional and very nice. You can trust all his suggestions I think.

Kyle with Blue Bison did an outstanding job!! He worked late hours to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. And it was a very tough job. Very thick rock he had to break through to set one of the tanks. He was very professional and always checked with me before continuing on the job if he had questions.
