I've been using Jackson Hewitt for over 20 years and don't plan on going anywhere else. They always answer any questions I have regarding my taxes and put it into a language I understand.

I came in last minute and LeeAnn helped me with my tax preparation, she was absolutely wonderful and helpful and I highly recommend you come here and request LeeAnn!
-This review was from almost two weeks ago, and while I do still highly respect LeeAnn for all of her help and professionalism, I have almost lost all faith in the very place I've done my taxes with for YEARS. I just called to ask a question about my Serve Card that I was given on the day I filed. I didn't have my bank acct info with me, so I just opted to have the Serve Card for my return to go on. Ive been having an issue with activation and how I'm supposed to ensure that it is in fact activated or not, so I call the store - I am put on the phone with Heather, who has done my taxes for years until, THANKFULLY, I got LeeAnn this year. I say thankfully, bc Heather has always had an attitude, she isn't very happy to be helping you, she's stiff and cold with any questions you might have, etc. like I said before, I call in today to find help with my new card and was put on the phone with Heather, just for her to not even let me FINISH explaining what the problem was or what my question is. She kept talking over me, interrupting me, getting rude and loudly just repeating the steps to activate the card. When I asked for her to give me just a second to finish explaining what my question is, she SCREAMS at me and then HANGS UP THE PHONE. I work as an Insurance Producer, the office manager, for this insurance company - and I deal with very rude and upset people calling in, you have to find ways to gently calm them down and find a way to help them either understand what's going on, or to help fix the problem for them. And I would never, ever, as a professional, allow myself to get rude back to them even if they're screaming or cussing because they are the customer and 9/10 they probably just don't understand until you explain it to them and then they will apologize and calm down. With that being said - I was never in ANY way, shape, or form rude to Heather, impatient with her talking over me, never got an attitude with her or gave her any reason to treat me the way she did. If she can't handle a simple call, a simple question - I do NOT advise that anyone does any business with her here in this office. As she is VERY rude for no reason, and just completely unprofessional all around. I had a simple question that I was respectful and patient about which was immediately met with ignorant and very rude customer service. I say it again, I DO NOT recommend Heather in this office. I love this office and if I continue to do business with them, I will not ever elect to have Heather help me with anything ever again.

Leeann did my taxes the other day and it was a wonderful experience. I wasnt going to go back to Jackson Hewitt this year but Im glad I did! She made the entire experience easy to understand and great overall! I would recommend anyone who needs to do there taxes to head to Jackson Hewitt and ask for LeeAnn!

I came in to do my taxes like a month ago and the very sweet lady named LeeAnn helped me out. I had some questions about my tax situation from the year 2022 and she had helped me out tremendously! Definitely will be going back to see her!
