I ordered a custom Burnt Almond Cake. I sent in a desired look a like photo. They made it nearly exact! The pricing was right in my budget. I set the time and date and it was done exactly by the time I set. They also kept in great communication with me. Great service and friendly staff! Definitely will be my go to for my next cake order Parking: Parked in the back less than a minute walk to the front door

The Best canoli we've ever had! Sweet and fluffy cream in a crispy shell with chocolate chips, simply delicious The shop itself was small and cute and the man that helped us was kind .

Very responsive and respectful in the beginning when taking your deposit. After i paid the rest and picked up the cake there wasnt any other communication The bottom of the cake was burnt and everyone at the party said it tasted 5 days old. This is little bit more on the pricey side for the creativity i thought would be more She put M&Ms on the cake and they were falling off as well A completely different color. Tried to follow up with her but no response but a like on social media Probably wont go back as well as recommended 1/2 sheet double layer cake $100!!!!!!

Sweets by Karen has great, friendly, and quick customer service! It was easy to order a cake through online communication. They answered all my questions quickly and kindly throughout the weeks leading up to the pickup date. Sweets by Karen offers a lot of cake flavors. The 8 vanilla cake I ordered was tasty and soft. And the expected servings was more than enough. I was asked to send an inspo picture of the cake design I wanted. I sent several, just to give an idea of what I was looking for. But I was asked to choose the exact cake I desired. The day I picked up the cake, my friend and I were pleasantly surprised that the cake looked exactly like the inspo picture. Pickup was easy and the storefront is clean and well stocked with many cakes and pastries. The birthday girls mommy and I kept gushing about how cute the cake was. We were extremely satisfied. We did not get a picture of the cake in good lighting, so the pictures doesnt do it justice . I definitely recommend Sweets by Karen!
