M&P remodeled our utility room and it looks amazing! Demoed excessive cabinetry, retiled, painted, and new cabinet doors. Managed the whole effort; we just said what we wanted, and they made it happen. Will definitely work with them again.

M&P built us our dream home during extremely difficult times. We had to deal with labor and material shortages due to COVID-19. We also had to deal with some of the most extreme weather including a crippling October ice storm, record snow fall in January and February and well above normal precipitation in the spring. Through it all Scott and Joe were extremely professional and were honest with us as to what to expect in regard to delays and shortages. When the materials we chose were either on back order or not expected to come in at all, they worked with us to find substitute items that were as close a match as possible. Also, perhaps most importantly, they kept us within budget, which is miraculous considering the nationwide skyrocketing building costs that coincided with this construction project. I love things organized, a place for everything and everything in its place. M & P Design & Construction were able to transform our plain garage into an efficient workplace. It turned out beautiful.
