We recently changed to Spring Dental for my son. The customer service is wonderful and they are so good. They really care and take care of the patient.

I had gotten my tooth pulled about 1 month ago from here (Ive had teeth pulled before) but 6-7 days later my mouth is STILL SWOLLEN and my check is so tender when Id apply makeup Id have to be so gentle on that part cus it was so sensitive so I call them to tell them I can feel a piece of tooth still in there and it HURTS. They scheduled me for the day after. I go in to work at 4:30 am and I go home and I ACCIDENTALLY take Tylenol pm instead of regular Tylenol. So I fell asleep and missed my appointment. I call and apologize profusely cus I missed my appointment and they say they cant get me in until a week n half later now n explain what had happened and I told them I kno its my fault but this hurts really bad can they get me in anytime sooner. She says no so I just say okay well ill take that one then thank you I had one of my friends call up there not even 20 mins later n they were going to pull her tooth that Friday (which was 3 days later) she didnt really need one I just got the vibe she thought I was being a baby about having a sore mouth n nothing was actually in there. I dont even go to the appointment thats schedule more then a week later n I just wait until I can get seen by someone else. I could LITERALLY feel the tooth with my tongue, it was poking through my gum. But 3 weeks later I guess I finally messed with it enough I was able to just rip it out. That sharp part was poking inside my check it went through my gum all the way to the other side. So no I wasnt being dramatic or a baby.. cus that shiiittt HURT!!!! But the docs n dental hygienist were VERY GOOD I LOVED THEM. The receptionists not so much.

Came in for a cleaning and fell asleep. The following week came in and got my teeth whitened I am totally shocked at the results.

I had to get an emergency root canal and filling. Spring Dental in Bixby was the only location that could see me quickly. I was quite impressed with the entire staff. Dr Halls explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Ashtyn took really good care of me and made me feel comfortable. Everyone kept me informed of everything taking place from my insurance and payment, to my treatment plan and procedures. I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a dentist before. I won't go anywhere else. I never thought I'd ever say a root canal wasn't a completely bad experience. I'm no longer in excruciating pain. Get a dentist who makes you smile

Dont get your teeth replaced here!!!!
I'm not one to leave bad reviews, and everyone I've dealt with at this location has been very nice to me, so far. However, they really threw a huge bomb into my life. I had my entire mouth extracted, to have my teeth replaced by dentures. I've been looking forward to this procedure for a while. I chose Spring Dental, bc I was told, by 3 of my close friends, about the process of how they make their teeth. It's supposed to be a "Collaborative experience" between patient and doctor. "They make sure your teeth look exactly the way you want them to." None of those friends went to the Bixby location for this procedure though.
I made 3 very specific requests for the look of my dentures, and neither of those requests were met. My insurance will only cover one set of dentures, which means if I want them remade, I have to pay put of pocket?! Apparently, there was supposed to be some appointment called a "wax try" before the extraction, and I didn't even know about that until AFTER the surgery. I don't think it's very fair that I have to pay out of pocket for THEIR mistakes, when I'm already paying for their mistakes mentally and emotionally. I can't look at myself in the mirror anymore, bc these aren't my teeth. They're not what I wanted. I haven't experienced low self esteem to this extent since high school. I'm more insecure about my teeth now then I ever was before when they were all damaged.
As I said, everyone there seems very nice, but it doesn't seem like they listen very much. I didn't feel heard, or felt like I was taken seriously. I dont think anyone there truly recognizes the gravity that their mistakes have had on me, and ny state of mind. This is a major, permanent, LIFE ALTERING procedure. There is no room for mistakes in a procedure like this. I'm just shocked that the professionals here can be so nice, yet care so little. Idk how to remedy this situation, without throwing a lawsuit at it. If I could afford dentures, I wouldn't be on Sooner Care. I'm not paying for the remakes when I never got the teeth i asked for in the first place.
There are plenty of other Spring Dental locations. If you're getting your teeth replaced, don't do it here.
