Stevenson Plumbing

I bought a new waterheater from Stevenson Plumbing on 03/30/2020 the waterheater included all items required to bring it to the required Tulsa City Code, this included a cold water surge tank and two waterhammer control valves. I had no idea how his so called plumber installed the surge tank as i am not a plumber but his plumber installed the surge tank on the hot water side of waterheater not on the cold side where it should be installed, this Saturday June 17 2023 i found a room flooded and found the water was coming from the surge tank installed on the waterheater. I called a plumber Roto Rooter and the plumber informed me the surge tank was installed wrong and was surprised the tank had lasted this long, he installed a new surge tank on the cold side of waterheater and charged me $349 dollars. I also have around $1000 dollars in water damage not covered by insurance, i called Mr. Stevenson told him what happened, also sent him in e-mail a picture of how his plumber had installed the surge tank and a picture of the new tank installed correctly. All Mr. Stevenson said was he nolonger used that plumber and he was sorry that was it, even being he sold me this system and he knows he should stand behind it he offered not a penney, myself i won't ever use him again. So if you use Stevenson Plumbing i highly advise asking for a fully licensed plumber to do any work at your home, and don't expect Mr. Stevenson for anything if things go wrong. Their driver cut me off this morning driving down the road and gave me the finger and yelled profanities at me. Very unprofessional company that should never be used. Would you want these people working at your house around your children? What would happen if you upset him at your home and theres nobody to protect you when he loses his temper?

Definitely recommend this family owned business!!! They are hands down the best and truly care about their customers. They are honest and if you are looking for a plumber then you have found the perfect one with Stevenson Plumbing!!!!
