        Was sent to collections for a covid testing bill. I went to the drive through covid testing they had. I was billed for seeing a doctor when I never saw one. Was told by their billing department that I should not have been billed and that it will be taken care of. Now 3.5 years later I get sent to collections. Can not get a hold of anyone in their billing department. Called and left a message asking for a call back, haven't gotten one. Collections agency sounds like a scam, when attempting to talk with them, they don't have my account number and start asking other personal information to verify.
