I had an issue with my truck and had no idea where to turn. Turned out that I had a spark plug blow out and stripped the threads out of the head. They were quick to find it and very honest. Unfortunately they don't go that far into engine work but I will definitely be back for all of my vehicle needs from now on. Thank you!!

It's refreshing to find an honest business that cares about their customers. This is the second time I used Precision. The first time they changed a water pump on my Nissan Altima. That was my first experience with them and it was professional, courteous and in a timely manner. What has me blown away is the the second experience with them. I took my Altima in because I was having some problems starting it. I had done a lot of work on it on my own such as plugs and coils. It's an old car with over 200,000 miles. I use it primarily for back and forth to work. I needed a professional mechanic to look at it because I could not figure out why the stalling and not starting persisted after the work I'd done on it. I was certain it was a fuel flow issue. I took it in to Precision early in the morning. By early afternoon they had diagnosed my car with much deeper engine problems. I had a bad rod and Jeff was pretty direct in telling me that changing the fuel pump or other fuel related fixes would not help because the engine was on it's last leg. They had checked the fuel pressure, added multiple quarts of oil to it. I asked him how much I owed for the diagnosis hours. Jeff stated that he did not feel it was right to charge me considering the cost he anticipated I would spend on a new engine or a new car. They did not charge me a dime. That is a testament to descent, honest business. They had every right to charge me for the hours there mechanic spent on my car. I will always take my business to Precision Auto Specialist. They have the upmost integrity and are very trustworthy. On top of all that their work is excellent. Highly Reccomend!
