This review is based on environmental conditions for employees. It was 105 degrees and those poor employees working outside had no fans or misters provided for them. Shame on you!!! How sad and disappointing that your employees aren't looked out for. My service was top notch from Darnell and Austin, they still served me with a smile and eagerness while sweat was pouring. Ive been coming here for around 10 years and everyone has always been very friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciate that they take the time to explain anything wrong with my car and they never try to get me to have work done that I dont need. They even went the extra mile last time to try to get a part for my car that wasnt available locally so that my car could be fixed that day. Also love that I get coupons now.

The new guy with the bleached hair with dark brown roots visable, is not very knowledgeable, and is not interested in talking with customers. I wanted a quote but everytime I tried to talk with him, he would walk away. It got on my nerves when he went infront of my car and started waving me off, instead of standing by my cars window and asking what do you need? If he would have directed me twords the pit area for an estimate of the price to check my tire pressure sensor, instead of telling me "oh those don't last but 2-3 years" then change it up and say "they don't last 5-7 years," I would still be a happy customer if he did that vs directing me out of the pit. I told him before he got the hood open on my car that I wanted the normal oil and not the synthetic, and halfway through he tried to upcharge me to the full synthetic which woulda been 90$ for an oil change including tax. I liked this place better when the old pit crew was here, without them, it's really not worth the drive to come up here anymore. Thank you previous pit crew, it was nice knowing you all.
