    I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels by Hilton. This one was one of the worst places I've stayed at. The staff acted as if they did not know what they were doing. They keep asking me to email my CC authorization form, in which they had already received days prior to check in. I asked them to update my CC information in which they did not. The room was a decent 2 star. I will no longer be booking at this hotel for any of my company travel.

    Checked in hours late and toilet won't flush. Why didn't anyone check? No compensation or accommodations. Bathroom switch is outside instead of inside and bathroom fan didn't work. Just like Paris Hilton, pure trash. Update: We got moved to another room. Toilet worked but had half a shower curtain lol. You can't make this up. Avoid this place at all cost.

    This hotel needs some help. I don't normally write reviews but this one was bad. The hotel itself isn't bad, it could use a few upgrades, but the cleanliness overall was terrible. There was no attention to detail at all! In our room someone had kicked the door, and it still had a footprint on it. The entrance to the elevator has dirt and trash in the crack leading into the elevator like it had never been cleaned. The blinds upstairs were all messed up and nobody bothered to straighten them up. When we got to breakfast we saw the sign the coffee machine wasn't working. I heard the guy behind me say, we'll the coffee machine still isn't working. Then when we opened the breakfast containers, the sausage looked freezer burnt, a total turn off. There was an oatmeal warmer, of course no oatmeal in it! Just little things like this. I love the Homewood Suites brand but this one really needs some help! Rooms: Someone had kicked the door, and it still had a footprint on it. Food & drinks: When we got to breakfast we saw the sign the coffee machine wasn't working.     Staff was absolutely fantastic! Room was clean. Breakfast could have has coffee or juice but had plenty of options. I'll be staying here again in the future.

    Zero stars . This was by far the worst Homewood Suites I have ever stayed in. We had to change rooms because of several things: 1 the room was filthy, 2 the beds were improperly made( the matress covers were used for comforters),3 shower didn't drain. When we got to the second room it was "cleaner" but beds made the same way but we were exhausted from driving all day so we just remade them ourselves. The breakfast was horrible, no coffee or juice offered and breakfast area was not cleaned afterwards ( trash was overflowing and counters and tables weren't wiped off). Then to top off everything else when I got up from breakfast I accidentally forgot to put my plate away because i was talking to my family, as I got up a member of the cleaning staff that was sitting on the couch playing on her phone started snapping her fingers at me telling me to go back and get my plate. This was extremely embarrassing, while I understand I should have picked up my plate that was completely uncalled for in my opinion. As a diamond member with Hilton I average about 180 nights per year and I have never had anything like that happen . The cleaning staff usually will come by and offer to take your plate for you. If I had paid cash for this stay and not points I would have been asking for a discount if not an refund. I truly hope Hilton does something about the condition of this hotel.
