Best service ever ! They were in and out in an hour installing carpet in a bedroom, did a great job. I highly recommend this business !

Trust this review. We had a great experience from start to finish. They really seemed to prioritize customer service and just run good business. Pricing was affordable and actually cheaper than a couple other companies I compared with. The installation of our carpet went smoothly and everyone was professional. Were happy with our experience and would use them again for our next flooring project.

Called to ask about a potential DIY project because I've been unemployed for close to 6 months and just went back to work so budget is tight. The guy that answered after being told I have no experience in flooring and was unemployed for close to 6 months sounded annoyed and his first thing to say was "Our guys could do it in 1 day" after I told him I was going in blind and looking for guidance. Not the response I wanted or tone (sounding exasperated like I was putting him out by asking questions 30 seconds into a conversation). Went to another website I won't list of a local business and got much more help with a more friendly response that didn't sound put out because they wouldn't make a bigger commission. Maybe this company doesn't allow DIY projects. Maybe I got a bad egg that doesn't care about peoples financial situations and just wants to make money I.E. if I'm not a big enough dollar sign I'm not worth his time. Either way not doing business with them and going with the other company that listened and responded accordingly. Not that either company is making much money off me I get that, so no loss on BA Flooring's end...but it would be nice if I got a little human compassion and didn't feel like I just got off the phone with a 1970's used car salesman.
