        Wonderful staff god awful facilities. Me, along with everything I have brought with me, been locked out of my room since 2pm yesterday and still have yet to find a solution.

        Rooms: The rooms are spacey, clean, and the beds are sooo comfortable Nearby activities: There's not much to do around here but there the hotel itself has a restaurant, a bar with karaoke, and a pool that's open in the summer Safety: Cops drive though regularly plus it's in Broken Arrow. Very safe Ciry Walkability: Walmart is one mile up the Road along with Food & drinks: There are vending machines, a Quick Trip right next door, a McDonald's directly across, and a restaurant next door Noteworthy details: The staff is amazing and the front desk is very personable.

        The level of mold. The roaches The cockroaches I have bites all over me. Staff on drugs. They took my money and tried making me pay again. I had to leave. Not to mention all the bedbugs that ended up at my house from this hotel. And the housekeeping department is a joke. Still waiting on a manager to call me back. I've left 9 messages to fron desk. And when I went back. Up there staff said the GM lives there however was to busy w her underage boyfriend and the desk manager agreed and laughed. The desk manager shoukd of been more helpful but she appeared to be drunk or something. If I can get the owner of operations to call me that would nice. I also never received my deposit back and I got a hand written run reciept signed jenifer watts . I'm assuming the GM. I expect that back or managment to call me. " Rooms: The rooms are dirty
