With the recent stores here in OK. I was overwhelmed with the damagages and where to even start with my claim, I called and spoke with Anna on the phone and she went above and beyond to help me with everything i needed to do.. I can not Thank her enough for her help and easing my stress levels!! 10/10 customer service award goes to her in my book!!

Great customer service and responsiveness! Anna and the rest of the staff are effective and courteous. After decades with USAA I was leery about switching, but this has been a positive three year relationship for home and auto insurance. Highly recommend!

I have been with Matt McCoys office for about 17 years. For the last several years Ive dealt with a wonderful lady named Anna there. She always answers my calls and texts no matter whats she is doing, even if its just to tell me that shes with a client and she will call me as soon as shes finished. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and a great asset to the the state farm team. I highly recommend her if you need help with your insurance needs !!!!!!!!!!
