        Trying to talk to somebody in billing and I waited on hold for 25 minutes and then they hung up. When I have asked for weeds to be Resprayed the 1st time they told me they were too short of help, the 2nd time I called she said they can't schedule it because I was already scheduled for somebody to come out within a month and the last the last time when the guy was here he didn't have the product. I would like someone with authority to call me. They are now charging me for something that I was told is included with my yearly package that I purchased
