I wish I was making this up but I had a pickup order for a saldad and I got the worst portions ever no chicken at all and BARLEY and rice and beans this location went down hill

Clearly they had some trouble after first opening but it seems like they've found their groove. I visited on Saturday and it was the quickest service I've gotten at Chipotle. The serving sizes were good and the food tasted great.

I typically don't like complaining, but this chipotle has really bad management. I ordered food to be picked up a couple days ago, and when I got there they said my food had been picked up I showed them my receipt and said I had not picked it up, and they basically just kept telling me there was nothing they could do about it. I had to ask multiple times if I could just talk to the manager and the girl FINALLY went and got her, the manager was no help and didnt make it right. I know from ordering in the past they dont check the receipt when people pick up, and generally just ask if its for so and so. Today my boyfriend went and they said their system is down and he could only order online Ill be driving all the way out to South BA if I want Chipotle from now on!

Honestly, dont know why I wasted my money here AGAIN. I want to like it bc its one of few healthy options these days, but today sealed the deal. Computers were down so if you went in you were told online orders only. Went to my car, placed my online order and said it would be ready in 10min. After 10 min went back inside to be told okay youll have to tell me what you ordered bc our computers are down too. She acted put out when I showed her the receipt with my order vs going through it all again. Zero awareness of all the hoops but at this point Im ready to be done. Chips taste like theyre from last week, black beans only partially cooked, theres so much bean juice that my rice was drenched. I counted maybe 6 small pieces of chicken. Paid almost $20 for a burrito bowl and small chips and queso. Never again. This location needs a major overhaul on customer service and food prep. 1 star for the guac after I seasoned it.
