Justin was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable about any questions we had about the paperwork. Loans can be confusing and convoluted with financial jargon, but he explained everything with ease. He communicated above and beyond the call of duty and made it evidently clear when we were needing to take action or if something was just informational. He always made himself available for our questions and worked with our schedule outside of business hours. If you need a great lending partner, go with Justin! Justin was exemplary in my home buying experience. Just outstanding. I had the rare and unique situation of buying the house I was renting, and the relationship with my landlord/owner turned sour during while working out verbal commitments for repairs to pass appraisal review. Justin rose above and beyond what his job calls for in keeping us both civil and reasonable. I can say with absolute confidence the deal would not have gone through without his extra efforts, which included a number of calls during his evenings and weekends, which I'm sure he'd rather spend with his family. He always took my calls and responded promptly without complaint, always gently encouraging both the seller and myself to focus on getting to the finish line.
