After a Last Minute Mortgage Debacle (literally 9hrs before our schedule closing with a different lender, Jeff jumped into motion and was able to get our loan completed within 10 business days! ROCK STAR!!

If there is less than 1 star , I will give it to them. We met Jeff Leek , informed him with our case and documents available and asked him for the documents needed and submitted all what he asked for, and he approved it,, according to what he said those are ALL docs required and set the closing date accordingly. There was no internal coordination between them at all .. one asks for a document to submit, and after two days another one from the same company asks for the same document again for the same purpose!!!!! Before one day of signing the closing , they start asking for documents from overseas without taking in consideration the time difference! Then started to postpone the closing without any explanation and asked for extra paperwork that are not available!! They did not even tried or dared to contact us personally to say what is wrong , instead they let our agent to ask for the paperwork from us, never apologized or followed up or tried to fix things up! We lost the earnest money and the down payment for the moving company that we already booked according to the closing date they set for us .
