Plumb Genius

This company is the most dishonest crooked company Ive ever encountered. First trip to my house, they said the pipe going to my clean out was broke at the fitting and it was gonna be $700 to fix, when after further examination the pipe was not broke at all it had just came apart quick clean up and some pipe glue and slid it back in place $4 fix and 15min of time. Second trip to my house they said it would be $1600 to install a hot water tank(hot water tank and labor is already paid for by warranty company) to bring it up to code when 3 other company quoted less than $700 for the same work they double charge the warranty companies clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY every other local company charged less than half of what they charge. Plumb genius please have the owner contact me if you want this 1 star to turn into a 5 star review.

Special Thanks to Jeff and Kyle for coming out late on a Saturday. There customer service was great, their work was efficient and their results were awesome. In fact, they went the extra mile to run an extra length of clean out cable, just to be sure any blockage was resolved to the main line. I appreciated their listening and communications of the issue and the resolution. You have earned a repeat customer. Thanks again.

The plumber who came out to my house today quoted me almost $1400 for repairs, stating i had no "clean out". I had another plumber come out, I do in fact have a clean out in my back yard. And the issue wasn't even the main line. It was a minor blockage in my garage washer line. The plumber who I got a second opinion from from a different company charged $160. I was very unhappy and felt scammed by your plumber.

This place is a joke! Youre better off figuring it out yourself than wasting your time and money with them! Rotorooter has them beat on price, service and expertise.
