Andrea went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We actually had a previous realtor and were lost on the entire process with being first time home buyers. We assumed it was just us and that this was common to feel this way, well we were wrong. When we switched over to Andrea she walked us through the whole process and we felt very sure and confident when putting in offers. She also referred us to the people she worked with a lot for lenders and we were approved for a lot more than before with other lender so we were able to get our dream home the first time we ever bought. We are so so very thankful that we decided to switch, trust me not all realtors will take this amount of time and effort to go make sure you understand the process and get the home you want. 5 star service!!!

The agent Kim and team were very helpful and were right there when clarification or adjustments were needed. Visited the house several times for my questions. I would recommend Kim Johns to all the family n friends.

Andrea Grimm was phenomenal to work with, both as a home inspector in how she represented her clients and eventually as my own realtor when I left the area. She puts the homebuyers first and has their best interests in mind even if it affects a purchase. If a house is a total money pit she makes sure her clients understand that but also gives them the space to make their own decision. How she worked with people when I'd encounter her during inspections, always putting their needs and interests first, was the deciding factor in having her help sell our own house and she always came through when I needed something, even if it was as trivial as getting my dogs out of the house to accommodate a last minute showing when I was at work.

When buying a home Andrea was awesome! She listened to my wants and took time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the home I was purchasing. When later I needed to sell my home the home heroes were an amazing crew who had me a fantastic offer in less than 2 days!! Their commitment to their clients is outstanding and if/when I'm ready to purchase again they will be my first call.
