Marcus, this review is completely false. When you arrived, our mechanics identified that the vehicle desperately needed new brake parts and replaced them with your approval. These items were in much need of repair, and in most cases are definitely the cause of your issue. We understand that later, more issues arose and you are now in need of more repairs. Our store manager explained to you today that this can happen, and that we did nothing wrong. Sometimes, vehicles just need a lot of repairs in order to get working properly. It's not "something else" that needs repaired - the items we replaced initially were in 100% need of repair and we did that. But now we are seeing you need additional repairs (things a mechanic would not have realized at the initial inspection). We would be happy to speak with a dealership or other mechanic if that is where you choose to go, so that we can explain our findings and work with them/you to come to a fair resolution. We were not guessing or hoping to fix your issue, we simply replaced the most severe items first that were found upon initial inspection. Feel free to call us to work toward a resolution, or you are welcome to visit another of our 14 locations for a second opinion as well.
