Unfortunately not true to their word. I have dealt with them for several months picking out tile. I finally found the tile that I wanted. However our tiler was not available immediately. I offered to go ahead and pay for the tile. Was reassured that there was plenty and that I could pay when I picked it up. I contacted them on several occasions to give updates on when the tile would be needed. Assured every time that there was no issue, until we went to pick it up and were told that it all had been sold and that there was nothing they could do. Trying to buy locally. Big mistake!! Very disappointed!

I was charged for 2 American Std Cadet tall height toilets $440.00 and received and installed standard height toilets. Called and spoke with Kyle about it. He was not willing to do anything about it.unless I returned them to him. I told him that I had lost my husband and Im an older widow so of course I cant do that. My husband and I had spent thousands of dollars doing business with him. Im so sorry that we spent our money at a business whose owner is so inconsiderate. After all I was only asking for what I paid for, but you find out a lot about a persons true character.

We bought a house and moved to Chickasha in April, had Kyle and his people install new carpet, new windows, siding and gutters, everything was good until a few weeks ago, been trying to get Kyle to call me about some counter tops, not sure why he is not returning my call. I dont owe him any money and pretty sure he doesnt owe me money, a little confused why no return call Service: Carpet installation
