Cimarron Trailers

Thank you Dan and Anthony! You guys really came through for us on our living quarters repair. This trailer is 5 years old and you still backed up the warranty. Ill be Cimarron for life! The whole team is awesome!

Our windows werent sealed well and they started fading. It took3 times and ruined wood work from the moisture for them to fix the seal and they said their windows dont fade but they are. They sent a company that does their warranty work and they were some of the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. They were rude and used language they didnt need to be using especially at a customers house. We called elevate several times and they were rude and assured me they would look into our concerns and call back but we have not received a call back yet. Very rude and unprofessional they closed the ticket with no answer or calls they keep trying to blame the builder I wouldnt recommend these windows they are sorry!!!!!!

Myself and my maintenance staff have been calling for 3 months on trailer replacement pins and constantly get the run around. Awful service. Both of my pins in my partition bent in half. Very very unhappy with the customer service.
