        I came to check out something to stay in for a while until I get back on my feet. Anita was amazing and very helpful. Answered all of my questions and was very respectful and understanding of my situation. She deserves a raise and a promotion. If we had more people like Anita in the world we would all be winning!

        Anita has turned the park around immensely, and has done her best to help me view trailers for rent/and or even purchase! Can't wait to potentially move here when my current lease is officially up. Keep up the good work!

        Anita is seriously the best land lord Ive ever had, she is always quick and so kind no matter what, seriously a huge turn around from the last manager that literally hid in their car from me. Anita is the best thing about the park!!

      Watson Estates is a community that offers 2 and 3 bedroom manufactured homes and large grassy lots for rent. It is located on the outskirts of Chickasha, only a 35-minute drive from Oklahoma's capital to the north and the Fort Sill Army post to the south. The homes feature double-pane windows, central air conditioning, and central heating; several also have garbage disposals. Among the amenities are a clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, tall trees, and pads that can accommodate three standard vehicles. The onsite team takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable community, and strives to make residents feel at home.
