I dont even want to give one star, but have to to be able to post a review. We ordered metal to build a 40x60 with 16 sidewalls and 10 lean to on 2 sides. When it came time to hang sheet metal we discovered they were cut at exactly 16 now leaving any extra for the bottom lip or the top. When I called to have it fixed they told me our builder should have cut the posts shorter than 16 (kind of defeats the point of 16 walls.) They suggested bigger gutter pieces up top which wont work because of the lean to. I wanted to return the 16 pieces, get the longer pieces we needed, and pay the difference. After speaking to the owner we were told they would not accept the 16 pieces back. Being a business owner ourselves, its definitely not the way we would do business. We never asked for anything for free, only to return what was wrong and pay the difference. Definitely will not do business here again. Now Im stuck with sheets that are too short and forced to be completely out more money for longer pieces, or pay for more metal to do 4 wainscoting around the bottom of the whole building. And you can reply back to this with some excuse like you have on previous post people have made, but it doesnt change the fact we had a horrible experience and you werent willing to make things right. Will never recommend you guys to anybody and will definitely use Steel Co. or J & I for our other building.

Taylor we have used on several projects. Even if something was missed they always follow through. Good quality buildings.

I paid them thousands of dollars for a shop kit, they said it would be done in a month, a month later they hadnt even put the order in to be put in production didnt have everything I needed to complete the shop, they over sold me metal enough I was able to extend the shop from a 40x60 to a 40x90.. sold me 6 purlin and I had wanted to return it for 4 and they wouldnt refund me the remainder of the money, they would only give me in store credit which I didnt need, they built and sent the wrong style of trusses, ( I end up using the ones they sent since I didnt have the patience to wait another month) and they were bowed. Look like they were welded together on a bent table. I constantly had to call back to get things done. Overall very dissatisfied.

Can't say enough these guys helped me out moments after buying some purlins from them my trailer broke in half a mile down the road they came and helped me load it up on another trailer. These guys will be who I recommend for building materials. Thank you Brandon and the forklift driver (did not catch his name).
