        The owner CK came out same day on a Saturday, had everything on the truck and got my water going again within an hour of being there! Great service!!!

        Came out quickly and gave verbal quote. When we called back to schedule the repair, quote went up $400. After proof of lower quote being true verbal gave, agreed to do job. Only brought out the minimum to complete without knowing full extent of possible work. Left parts at the shop and then charged a $300 drive time fee to go get them, plus the part. Felt cheated out of $300 for them not being prepared and wanting to recoup some of that money from a low bid. Also told us not to change out the filters and we had a bunch of dirt in our plumbing which resulted in having to pay to fix even more stuff inside the house. Other companies were cheaper and closer. Just went with them because they answered first and came out first. I will be more patient in the future.
