I walked in and had 2 models in mind due to a new property purchase. The staff talked me through both, answered my questions about engines, transmissions, decks, etc. They let me know about other features as well.
I ended up buying a mower and asked about delivery pricing. I had an option to borrow a truck/trailer but they said "free"! They also let me know about maint cycles for oil, when to grease, flat out told me to make sure I either used a leaf blower to blow stuff off or power wash when cold, then grease, etc. after each use so the belts wouldn't burn up faster or otherwise.
When the mower showed up, they had topped the gas off for me. The drop off guy made sure I knew where all the grease points were, what type of gas to use and more. I had to argue over the tip I left in his hand cause he was "just doing his job".
