image We came to town for my sister in law's baby shower. We stayed a total of 3 nights at the hotel. On the first night, it was great! check in went smoothly! Megan at the front dest was an all star. Color coded everything times and dates for us to reference, made us feel welcomed, saved my family two adjoining/connecting rooms, and had a bright smile on her face the whole time. Unfortunately, after that night, everything went down hill. Our rooms were not cleaned throughout our ENTIRE stay. One of the room's beds were remade but they just reused the bed sheets/ blankets/ pillow cases. The other room was not touched at all. When we returned from the baby shower and had seen that our room had not been touched, I called the front desk for new sheets and the lady said "we don't have people to clean or change sheets right now." I still asked her if I could get sheets to change them myself. She replied "only if you come down to grab them from the front desk." She didn't apologize that the room wasn't attended to or anything and made it seem as though it was an inconvenience that I was asking for new sheets in my room. Location wise, close to a Walmart so that was nice. would I stay here again? probably not. but just wanted to give Megan a shoutout for being the backbone of the place.

image I reserved a handicap accessible room on-line AND called two times to confirm AND advise that I was traveling with service dogs. Upon checking in (while service dogs were in vehicle) you said NOTHING about changing my reservation. When my fellow military veteran (we both are) and I got to the room it was NOT HANDI-cap accessible, the a/c did not work and an overwhelming raw sewage smell was radiating from the bathroom. I called the front desk ( barely able to breathe (a medical condition exasperated by the sewer gases). The house keeper fixed the a/c and told us just to keep the bathroom door closed. We tried to deal but my breathing issues increased. I returned to the front desk where an evening desk clerk had taken over. THANKFULLY she changed my room ( still not handicapped cap accessible), at this time I was advised we couldnt have our service dogs in a handicap room. When we got to the second room and unloaded our possessions I noted the bathroom sink was filled with water and would not drain. I called the front desk for help. A maid was sent up (same one from earlier ) she told us to brush our teeth in the tub and left. I called again the next morning. Dried dog urine on box spring cover, mold under window sill. The hotel manager said she was unaware of the issues, even tho the evening desk clerk showed us the turn over log where it was ALL noted. We finally got a repair man to the room on Friday afternoon. Friday night at approximately 1145 the front desk called to say a smoke alarm was going off in our room and smoking wasnt permitted. I HAVE COPD AND DO NOT SMOKE. Btw we heard NO ALARM, no blinking lights nothing. After thought I called the front desk and told the night clerk to come check my room, if a silent alarm was going off maybe we needed to evacuate the hotel????? She assured me we needed no such thing (silent smoke/fire alarms REALLY???) - I truly believe this was in retaliation for contacting corporate ( which btw Im doing again and in touch with the Americans with Disabilities Association.
If you have a disability with or without a service dog THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU.

image We stayed here recently and if there was a way to put zero stars for my review I would. Hotel was understaffed and dirty. Problems with reservation from the get go! The front desk called our service animals "pets" which there is a significant difference. Really you don't know the difference? They argued with us about the pricing and the reservation even though we called numerous times and confirmed. Very unprofessional. The rooms were dirty and I'm don't mean dusty. The toilet and stool did not look like they had been wiped down for months with noticeable urine streaks. Toilet seats are scratched up and need to be replaced. Just Gross! There were also noticeable stains on bedskirt and headboard too. There was problems with A/c thermostat and paint/sheet rock peeling. This hotel needs a serious deep clean and maintenance. The stopper in the tub was even missing. The elevator sounded like it was in need of major repair as it made loud banging, popping sounds every time you used it. I just think this hotel does the bare minimum and it shows it! Lots of cigarette butts and trash near the front entrance isn't a good first impression. Also there's a VERY loud train that passes by multiple times even overnight that blares it's very loud train horn. It will wake the dead! This hotel was a BIG DISSAPOINTMENT for the brand. The front desk Staff says they'll follow up with things but they are just telling you that to pacifier you so you will leave them alone so they can go talk on their phone or hide or smoke. Do not book a room here if visiting the area!! Stay someplace else unless you want a huge hassle!!
