I wanted to share my recent experience at your Claremore, OK location. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. Upon arriving yesterday, I found the service to be subpar. The fajita quesadilla I ordered was lacking in cheese, prompting us to check if there was any inside. Additionally, the flautas seemed to contain chicken typically used for chicken tacos, accompanied by onions and peppers. The Horchata lacked flavor, and when we requested an exchange, the waiter avoided us for the remainder of our time. Another issue arose when someone else brought our food but failed to provide any silverware. The staff was not particularly friendly, and I had to approach someone to request a table for four. To add to the disappointment, my bistek ranchero consisted of a piece of meat with sauce merely splattered on it. I had heard mixed reviews about your restaurant, but being in the area, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations, both in terms of service and food quality.
