Gutters run over and pour out in at least 3 spots along the house, causing erosion in flower beds and at the house foundation. Alarming! The "leaf guards" are popping off and have razor-sharp edges. We have to hire another gutter company to fix the problems with the gutters and "leaf guards" and spend even more money to repair the flower bed and foundation damage with another contractor.

I hired Lee on Demand to do a small kitchen backsplash job. Upon original meeting and quote he was very attentive and likeable. We agreed on his quote and I gave 40% as a deposit on November 30th to be put on the schedule. He didnt ever give me a hard date to install, but finally texted me and asked to install on January 14th. Didnt show. I texted him on January 15th. He didnt respond until the 20th. He finally shows up on the 21st. He says he just hired a Mexican and the job will be done in no time. Leaves two workers and runs an errand in Mannford. The tile was put up in a couple hours and I met to pay Lee. Paying him before fully inspecting the job is a mistake I will most definitely learn from.
They covered up two electrical boxes on a pony wall that we discussed needed to be left open and had a small spot where grout was missing. He responds saying he meant to tell me they forgot and he will be back when the tile dries with his dremel later this week. Couldnt get him to respond half the time, when he did respond it was with excuses as to why he couldnt or didnt. March 4th he offers to send his Mexican to fix it. Add 2-3 more no shows and he finally sends a guy out on March 14th. The guy that showed up was apologetic and polite. Says hes only there to cut out holes and had no idea he needed to fill in a grout hole. Later he found the right color grout on his trailer and said he would fix it. He must have forgot. I sent Lee a picture of the grout missing again and now Im in the same cycle of empty promises. It took him 2 whole months to come fix the first problem, so Im sure I should expect the same with this one.
This review isnt this low because of quality of work, I can deal with mistakes. If Lee would have acted professionally toward me or fixed this mistake in a timely manner I would have no issue. Leaving a review so people know you cant trust the word of this guy.
Also if you are going through reading his reviews I would pay attention to how many 5 star reviews on his Facebook page are hackers or bots. I wish I would have noticed that before hand.
