At 930 at night this man answered his phone and helped me diagnose my issues and helped me find my clean out. All while on the phone. The customer service and just general desire to help someone was amazing. I will use this man anytime I need plumbing services. I wish more people were like this. Sunday morning I called to have someone come take a look at my smelly aerobic system, the smell was worse than it had ever been. Before I knew it Tim was here to take a look at the problem for me. He took the time to open my system up and start explaining how this all worked. For the last two and a half years the company I previously used never even tried to help me understand the money pit they call aerobic systems. Tim throughly checked everything out and had me fixed up within the hour at his normal business rate which is the same on the weekend as it is through the week. Much more affordable than the higher weekend rate I would have had to pay for the previous company to come out.

I have used them 4 times over the years and have always found them very knowledgeable, courteous , and quick to respond. Very reasonable. I will always use them when I have septic needs.

Had a few extremely big, over my head projects that we called Tim on. He was very knowledgeable and proffessional. I will forever use him on my big jobs! Best digger around!!!!
