The obese man that owns the shop is a terrible human being and he's on his death bed and I for one hope it's slow and miserable. He's a horrible scammer and misogynistic pos. God knows what he does that people don't know about.

Totally unreasonable. Was not customer friendly at all. Will completely rob you. Make sure you get your vehicle out before they try to steal it from you \_(_)_/ its in the ghetto of Duncan. Shouldve known better. Edit. My name wont be in your services but you worked on my vehicle and was completely ignorant when it came to towing. And yes you were informed of the situation at hand and dates we would be available.

Best service! I originally went to Firestone in Duncan. I told Firestone what I needed. Which was a bolt to be tightened. They called me and told me they took it apart, tightened it, and it wasn't the bolt after all. It was the alternator that was bad. So they gave me my receipt for almost 4 hundred dollars! For doing nothing! The receipt said it was for a diagnostic, Firestone said I could be sure it's the alternator. They wanted to charge me 1200 dollars! To replace the alt.. So I took it to bryants auto in Duncan. They said it was infact the bolt. And the alternator was infact still good.. they fixed it in one day. My car is up and running. Bryants auto did what Firestone said they did. But Firestone did nothing but rip me off. Bryants even hooked me up with an affordable tire because he knew I needed it. He helped my family honestly. I will from now on only trust bryants auto!!!!! Service: Tires
