Bad to do business with the real estate market in Oklahoma these agents have gotten greedy we tried to put an offer in but they said verbal offer only because I use my own real estate agent And they want to list it and sell it on their own so they make all the commission if you don't go through them you don't have a chance Buyer beware call me if you want any more questions They can do this legally but it's kinda shady

We had nothing but a positive experience with The Shaffer Team! They were extremely professional in how they conduct their business. They were “for us” and went out of their way to see that our goals were accomplished. They were always available to answer any questions we may have had along the way. Susan’s picture taking skills were phenomenal. Her photos are so true to life, unlike many we have seen that were deceiving. I can 100 percent say that working with Jerry and Susan was so easy! They made what could be a very trying time a way more pleasant experience than we thought could be possible. And in this process, we also made friends for life. Thank you so much Shaffer Team! We truly made the best choice in realtors!

Susan's an Amazing Realtor! I put my aunt's estate up for sale with Susan in the middle of February and since I lived in Florida and had limited funds I was not able to devote the time or money in much needed renovations. Even though the home needed a huge makeover she was able to secure a cash deal weeks after the house went up for sale. She didn't stop there. Although the house was to close in the beginning of April there were issues with the probate and she was able to hold these buyers interest until the issues were worked out in the middle of May. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!!!!
