The tellers here are semi friendly but they aren't very fast at getting customers through the drive thru I am not sure what's going on but the lobby is never open when I come to deposit for the store that I work at but if they are the only branch open that the company banks with I have to come here

Terrible customer service!! I had to renew my license and of course theyll give you a temporary paper license which is valid to do anything with outside of boarding a plane. I have cashed checks at 3 different banks this week with no problems, but then when I attempt to cash my check at the bank branch the lady was so beyond rude. This bank is by far the worst customer service Ive ever seen in a bank branch! If I could give 0 stars Id do it in a flash!! Never in my life have I seen a customer service teller be so blatantly rude to a customer and the as we were pulling off and used multiple curse words when she didnt have her speaker muted. Unbelievable the level of unprofessionalism I just witnessed.. 10 out of 10 would recommend NOT banking here!!!
